SUBMISSION
Author Guideliness
PUSKAPSI Law Review invites academics, researchers, and legal practitioners to submit scholarly manuscripts that are relevant to the journal’s focus and scope. All submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their relevance and compliance with the journal’s aims and scope before being forwarded to the double-blind peer review process.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that all materials included in the manuscript such as images, tables, documents, and supporting data have obtained the appropriate publication permissions. All authors listed in the manuscript must consent to the submission and publication of the article. Where applicable, authors must also ensure that the research has received approval from an authorized ethics committee in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The editor may issue a desk rejection for manuscripts that do not meet minimum quality standards.
Authors are therefore advised to ensure that the structure of the manuscript, research design, and legal arguments are presented in a clear and systematic manner. The title should be concise and accurately reflect the substance of the article, while the abstract should be able to stand alone in conveying the core content of the manuscript. Compliance with these standards will enhance the manuscript’s eligibility for further processing. Prior to submission through the journal system, authors are required to ensure that all technical requirements have been fulfilled as specified in the Submission Preparation Checklist, which serves as the primary reference for the initial screening and administrative assessment by the editor.
