1. Focus and Scope
PUSKAPSI Law Review accepts scientific manuscripts relevant to the following fields:
Hukum Tata Negara
Hukum Administrasi Negara
Legislasi dan Politik Hukum
Kebijakan Publik dan Tata Kelola Pemerintahan
Reformasi Hukum dan Kelembagaan Negara
Isu Hukum Kontemporer dan Interdisipliner
Manuscripts must have a clear academic contribution, be original, and be based on in-depth legal analysis.
2. Types of Manuscripts
PUSKAPSI Law Review accepts:
Research Articles
Conceptual/Theoretical Articles
Court Decision Analysis
Legal Policy Studies
The submitted manuscript has never been published and is not currently under review in another journal.
3. Language
Manuscripts can be written in Indonesian or English.
The language must be standard, academic, and consistent.
Indonesian manuscripts must use the latest EYD.
4. Manuscript Format
Manuscript length: 6,000 – 8,000 words (including bibliography)
Paper size: A4
Spacing: 1.5
Font: Book Antiqua, 12 pt
Margins: 4 cm (left), 3 cm (top, right, bottom)
5. Structure of Manuscript
Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the following structure:
a. Title
Concise, clear, and accurately reflecting the substance of the article
Maximum 16 words
b. Author(s) Name
Written without academic
Institutional affiliation and email address must be provided
c. Abstract
Written in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Length: 150–200 words
Should include: background, objectives, methodology, and main findings/arguments
d. Keywords
3–5 keywords
Arranged in alphabetical order
e. Introduction
Background of the study
Research problems and objectives
Research novelty (original contribution)
f. Research Method
Type and approach of the research
Techniques for collecting and analyzing legal materials
g. Discussion
Argumentative and systematic analysis
Supported by relevant primary and secondary legal sources
h. Conclusion
i. References
Arranged in alphabetical order
Must follow Chicago Style (Full Note) citation format
6. Citation and References
Every citation must be cited.
Using a reference manager (Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote) is recommended.
Primary references (statutory regulations and court decisions) must be cited in full.
7. Publication Ethics
Author must:
Guarantee the authenticity of the manuscript
Avoid plagiarism
Do not fabricate or falsify data
Citing sources honestly and proportionally
Manuscripts will be checked using a plagiarism checker, with a maximum tolerance limit of 25% (excluding the bibliography).
8. Competing Interest
Authors must declare any conflicts of interest or competing interests (if any), whether financial or non-financial, that could potentially affect the objectivity of the writing.
If no conflict of interest exists, authors must include the following statement:
The author(s) declare that there is no competing interest related to this publication.
9. Peer Review Process
Each manuscript will undergo a double-blind peer review process by competent reviewers in their respective fields. Editorial decisions include:
