PUSKAPSI Law Review accepts manuscript submissions in the form of:
Original Research Articles: Manuscripts presenting original research in the fields of Pancasila, constitutionalism, constitutional law, administrative law, criminal law, civil law, legislation, legal politics, public policy, and governance reform.
Review Articles: In-depth and comprehensive analyses of current literature on specific topics relevant to the journal's scope.
All manuscripts must be written in proper Indonesian or English and must not have been previously published elsewhere.
