PUSKAPSI Law Review {Online ISSN: 2798-1053} is a reputable scholarly law journal that applies a double-blind peer review process, with a national orientation and a continuously expanding international perspective. The journal is published by the Center for Pancasila and Constitutional Studies (PUSKAPSI) Faculty of Law, Universitas Jember. PUSKAPSI Law Review aims to disseminate critical ideas, research findings, and academic perspectives in the fields of constitutional law, administrative law, legislation, legal politics, Pancasila studies, constitutionalism, and governance reform.
The journal provides an academic forum for scholarly discourse on the development of law and public policy, including analyses of statutes, court decisions, and institutional reforms, as well as proposals for legal and policy reform originating from academics, legal practitioners, policy makers, and civil society. The journal publishes original research articles, conceptual and theoretical papers, analyses of court decisions and legislation, policy studies, and book reviews that offer in-depth analysis of Indonesian law and comparative legal systems. Particular emphasis is placed on works that integrate doctrinal legal analysis with political, philosophical, and socio-legal perspectives, especially within the framework of Pancasila values and the principles of democratic constitutionalism.
Published biannually (June and December), PUSKAPSI Law Review is committed to maintaining high academic standards through a transparent editorial process and the strict application of publication ethics.
